About Dot's Event Rentals
From intimate gatherings to unforgettable celebrations, Dot's Event Rentals provides thoughtfully selected pieces and personalized service to help bring your vision to life.
More Than a Rental
The details have a way of becoming the memories. The texture of the linen. The glassware catching the light. The chair that completes the table. The pieces you choose help create the atmosphere your guests experience, and we believe those details deserve thoughtful attention.
Designed Around Your Vision
No two events are exactly alike, and we don't believe they should look that way either. Whether your style is timeless and understated, colorful and playful, or bold and dramatic, our collection gives you the pieces to make the space feel like yours.
From the first selection to the final detail, our goal is to make the rental experience feel approachable, thoughtful, and beautifully put together.
The Collection
Explore a curated collection of seating, tables, linens, tableware, glassware, chargers, serving pieces, décor, backdrops, lighting, and event essentials designed to work beautifully together.
The Dot's Story
Dot's Event Rentals grew from a family business that has served the Texarkana community since 1988. For generations, the Dot's name has been built on relationships, dependable service, and the belief that taking care of people matters.
We brought that same philosophy into the world of events — pairing the service our customers have trusted for decades with a thoughtfully curated collection created for life's most memorable moments.
It's All in the Details
A beautiful event is in the details — the colors, textures, finishes, and layers that transform a space and make it feel entirely your own.
Our team is here to help you navigate the collection, coordinate your selections, and find the pieces that bring your vision together.
